Researchers, educators, government officials, consultants, managers, community leaders and others with expertise in contaminated sites are encouraged to submit abstracts for oral or poster presentation. Abstracts (just a text) with max. 1 500 characters (max. 250 words) must be submitted electronically by 20 March 2020 by online registration form. When confirming participation by the Scientific Committee, the abstract is a priority criterion!
The Scientific and Organizing Committee of the conference will evaluate the submitted abstracts and select it for oral or poster presentations. Authors will be informed about the decision of the Scientific Committee by 31 March 2020.
Scientific Committee of the conference shall make decisions (notification of the paper acceptance) by e-mail only. Please make sure that the e-mail address you provided is your primary e-mail address and is entered correctly.

The working language of the conference is English. All abstracts and lectures must be submitted in comprehensible English, or they will not be accepted. Simultaneous translation to Slovak language will not be provided.
Articles must be worked up according to full paper guidelines and submitted electronically.
Please, if possible, send us all photos, maps or images you have used in your article separately as attached files (in formats *.jpg, *.tiff or *.png) in print quality – 300 dpi for used size, too.
Collection of papers will be available at the conference.

Instructions for Presenters – Oral Presentations
Duration of the oral presentations should be 15 minutes + 5 minutes for discussion.
All lecturers must use Power Point formatting of their presentations for computer projection. A laptop computer, projector and screen will be available in the conference room. Please bring your presentation either on a USB or send it electronically at e-mail: email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org
Presentations shall be loaded at least one hour before the start of the conference.
The computer platform for projecting of PowerPoint images is Windows based.
